Preparing to serve families in Virginia

Autism care shaped by experience. Built around families.

ThriveNest is building a new kind of ABA experience—grounded in clinical excellence, genuine family partnership, and the lived perspective of a parent raising autistic children while continuing to navigate the realities of autism services.

From one family,
for other families.

Families deserve more than access to therapy. They deserve a true partner.

Navigating autism services can be exhausting. Parents are often expected to manage long waitlists, changing providers, unclear communication, and treatment decisions that don’t always feel connected to family life.

ThriveNest was founded by a parent raising autistic children who continues to navigate these challenges alongside other families.

That ongoing experience shapes a clear vision: to build the kind of organization we would trust with our own children—where families are heard, children are respected, and clinical decisions are made with both expertise and humanity.

“What would autism care look like if every decision began with the family?”

Every decision begins with one question:

Would we want this for our own children?

01

Individualized care

Every child has their own strengths, needs, interests, and goals. Their care should reflect that.

02

Meaningful partnership

Parents bring essential knowledge. You deserve to be informed, respected, and actively included.

03

Excellence with heart

Evidence-based care can be clinically rigorous without ever becoming impersonal.

04

Intentional growth

We are building thoughtfully, with the people and systems needed to protect quality as we grow.

Progress that matters beyond the therapy session.

Our goal isn’t simply to complete therapy hours. It’s to help children develop meaningful skills that support communication, independence, confidence, connection, and participation in everyday life.

  • 01Individualized assessment and treatment planning
  • 02Developmentally appropriate, evidence-based ABA
  • 03Parent and caregiver collaboration
  • 04Functional communication and daily living skills
  • 05Transparent progress monitoring
Our mission

To provide compassionate, individualized, evidence-based autism services that empower children, strengthen families, and create meaningful progress in everyday life.

Our vision

To build a trusted standard for family-centered autism care—where children are understood, parents are valued as partners, and clinicians are supported to do exceptional work.

Built from lived experience

Personal experience shapes our standards.

As a parent raising autistic children, our founder continues to experience what it means to search for answers, advocate for appropriate support, coordinate care, celebrate hard-earned progress, and entrust others with a child’s development.

This is not a journey left in the past. It is an ongoing experience that continues to shape how ThriveNest listens, builds, and supports families. Lived experience doesn’t replace clinical expertise—it shapes the standards we expect from it.

ThriveNest brings parents and exceptional clinicians together to create care that is clinically sound, thoughtfully delivered, and responsive to the whole family.
